Wow. What can I say? The guitarist's pinch harmonic arpeggios are so nice. The fluid movement of the band is bad as it gets. I need to meet some guys like you to learn how to play PROPERLY.
I play six string fretless bass on these recordings and have recently started playing five string fretted bass on some gigs(1978 was the last time I played fretted bass on a regular basis!).
Lullabye" is a lo-fi gig recording; the tune is Miche's. Nick Costa plays drums.
"Ra Ra Rai" is actually an early mix of a cut from violinist Dave Kline's cd "Eclecticity"(see violindave.com for details). Rafael Monteagudo plays drums and percussion, Tony Harrod plays guitar, Paul Palelogos plays trombone, Dave's neice Leah Kline plays saxophone , I play bass, and Dave plays electric violin along with additional guitar and keyboard parts.

The track with guitarist Rob Coltun and drummer Byron McWilliams was recorded at Rob's club in DC, Bossa Bistro and Lounge, some time in 2007.
There's a brief bass solo about 5 and a 1/2 minutes into the tune.
The cut (Jam 1 ) with Marty Knepp and Miche Fambro was a warm-up jam at a rehearsal, recorded with one microphone. It's got its share of clams, but the chemistry was there-I think it might of been the second rehearsal we'd ever convened...
"Combustione" is another rough mix of a tune that ended up on Dave Kline's cd "Eclecticity" (http://www.violindave.com ) .
"Don't Be Yourself" is from Thad Wilson's CD "Necessity Is A Mother", available at CDBaby. Thad plays trumpet,Benito
Gonzalez and Allyn Johnson play keyboards, Mike Pavone plays guitar, I play bass, and my Missouri homeboy Marty Morrison plays drums...All of the music on the cd was improvised in the studio.
