What's happnin' Eric. I was on a hit with Calvin Newborn in SC, and a week was my pop n' daughter's b-day, and Calvin stopped by and he told me 'bout him, Calvin Jones, Fathead, and Leroy Cooper when they were doin' Ray Charles' gig back in the 60's. He told me C. Jones and his brother Phineas went to Tenn. State together, but Phineas ended up at Juliard 'cause there wasn't much they could show or teach him. And, I found out that they used to call C.Jones "Bird". Send a line when you can. One Love.

Eric was born on May 17th in Washington D.C.

He graduated from the University of the District of Columbia

Soon after relocating to Los Angeles. Eric became one of the first call drummers in the contemporary jazz circuit…
