- About Me:
- I`m a transplant drummer due to a back problem not allowing me to play trumpet any longer. I have drummed all my life,but not serious until 15 years ago. I work big bands,show, jazz combos,and some studio work lately. Mostly in the KC area and St.Joseph,mo area as well. My son(the real drummer) is at present drumming the show band on the Columbia Queen river boat out of Portland. He has done alot of studio work in the kc area as well. I kick it on an average of two times a week these days. As Joe says,keep on keeping on. My dad was an old jazz musician and teacher,so have b een involved with this all my life. Mostly worked in the Mid-west area. Worked in the early days with a number of territory bands,rodeo,circus,broadway shows and a lot of dixieland. Just an ole boy keeping on.
