The Place For Every Musician!

Sorry if this is not the appropriate place to post this,..
I am heartbroken to find out the passing of Hiram last Friday.
Remember back long time ago at late night, when I just started playing the drums, the sounds I never heard before captivated my ears, Night Music. Great band, the guitar was the most identifiable and his charisma, and I don't even play the guitar!!
I saw him numerous times after that here in NYC, one time everbody (w/Steven Wolff on drums) was wearing the pajamas ans hopping around the floor. Other times, at Manny's Carwash, Chicago Blues, recently at Crash Mansion and Dizzy's Jazz at Lincoln Center.
Greatly missed.

Wow, another one of the great ones that left this earthly plain. Hiram will be sorely missed here on earth. I remember seeing him with Jaco and Kenwood Dennard at Blues Alley in DC, and he played the most beautiful solo on Dolphin Dance the was captivating.
