Ping George Gray. He's rather an expert on this area and fitness in general. .

Yo! Let's talk. Could never still be doing this still after all these years, unless I stretched--every day! After years of being a "closet" stretcher--I took it to the next level with some yoga classes recently. (There is a style geared toward health, yes, corrective. Iyengar. (sp?) Awesome.)
The awareness is key--you are diff then me. Habits, lifestyle. genetics, etc. All that aside-- simple relaxation of muscles....we are 'amped' all the time ready to go. We must learn how to relax. My fav--hot tubs or baths with salts (drink extra water of course!). The supplements take a longer time and yes must be consistent--stretching--you will feel immediately! And that is a good thing!
Bob Anderson book of stretching or I can share some cool ones for us drummers, later. Promise. Be well. smiles, -janelle ps. Mr. Gray is def all over it. Thanks Nick! Enjoy your day!

Hey Eric.I have discovered the joy of glutamine.I've been back in the gym and it helps with muscle recovery/joint pain. Also for energy on those early wake up calls, blend a smoothie with fresh spinach and apple juice.Yes,it will be a little "gnarly" at first, but your body will be on fire all day. This a good topic!cya.
