Gospel Drummers & Drumming

I've been thinking about this for some time and wanted to write about it for clarity (mine and yours). Gospel or church drumming is the new "hot" gig these days. Companies like Vic Firth have really noticed and supported this vein of drummers even to the point of having a video series dedicated to these gifted players. Empire State AIDS Bicycle Ride!

On August 10, 2008, I will begin a seven day, 560-mile fundraising bicycle ride from Niagara Falls, NY to Robert Wagner Park in lower Manhattan to benefit Aids Community Resources. We will leave Niagara Falls at 8 a.m. on Sunday, Aug. 10th and arrive in Manhattan at 4 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 16th for a closing ceremony overlooking the Statue of Liberty.
